Course Overview

Improving Wellbeing: - the effect of physical activity on body function - personal exercise programme - relationship between physical activity and well-being - factors affecting local participation in physical activity. Analysing Performance: Analyse skills to find out how they should be performed & implement improvement programme. Great Outdoors: Developing and implementing skills in the outdoors (skiing/snowboarding). Influencing Others: Recognising why some people don’t participate in physical activity and helping them get involved.

Health and Physical Education
It is suggested doing Year 12 Physical Education before trying Year 13 PE. Students who have not taken Year 12 Physical Education need to do extra work to catch up.
